Hi guys, welcome to my website. Today I am going
to share Covid-19 Defense: Doubts and Answers.Covid-19 is one of
the worst diseases in the world today. We all believe that human beings who
have made great inventions to fly up to the sky will not admit defeat in the
face of this disease. Kovid will also have to bow before us once. Here are our
duty and precautions to do for ourselves while praying for it.
Will
everyone get fever when Covid-19 comes?
Do not assume that
everyone with COVID will have a fever.88% of people have a fever. 68% of people have a dry cough. Only 38% of
people see fatigue. Sore throat and body aches are seen in 15% of
cases. About 20% of people experience shortness of breath. Many people now
experience loss of taste, diarrhea, and headaches. Care should be taken if any
unusual symptoms occur.
Are
the symptoms of COVID in children the same as in adults?
Most children have no symptoms.
Very few children show only a slight fever and cold 2-3 days ago. Most of them
are not so sick. However, some children develop a serious condition called
Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MISC). Swelling can occur in many parts of
the body, affecting the heart, lungs, kidneys, brain, skin, eyes, and
gastrointestinal tract. This can lead to death. It is more common in children
with fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, and sore throat. The eyes may
be red and very tired. This is also the case with Kawasaki. Hence it is called
Kawasaki-Like Illness.
How long does it
take to get infected with the virus?
Normally, about 20 viral particles
are excreted per minute in the breath. Speaking of which, it would be 200
particles. When you cough, you expel 200 million particles. This also applies
to sneeze. We do not have a clear idea of how long so many virus particles
will stay in the atmosphere. However, it is expected to last for a few hours.
1000 viral particles are enough for us to get sick. If we come in contact with
someone who has sneezes and sneezes, we can get sick. How long the contract
lasts is also important. Even if you speak from a distance of 2 meters near a
person who sneezes, it should be less than 45 minutes. It is a low risk to
spend less than four minutes with a person wearing a mask. Open space Medium
risk. Closed areas are high risk.
What to do if you have a
fever or sore throat?
It is not
possible to know at first what kind of fever it is. Therefore, contact with
others should be avoided immediately if you have a fever or chills. Avoid
children and the elderly in particular. Take paracetamol for fever. Take 10-15
mg / kg at six-hour intervals. Steam is good if you have a cold or cough. If
the fever does not go away after a day, consult your family doctor or the
nearest telemedicine. Follow their instructions. Sudden onset of fever and
death in some places outside Kerala. So do not treat yourself.
What if you suspect Kovid is in a
relationship with a patient?
Do not be
afraid. It doesn't matter if you test right away. The virus can be detected
only 2-3 days after the virus enters the body. You can voluntarily enter the
quarantine by first notifying the District Control Room. If Kovid confirms to
that person on the day you are engaged, family members can prevent Kovid from
coming in by entering the quarantine immediately. But if you get sick, you can spread
the disease to others within 48 hours. Symptomatic contacts are usually not
tested. If necessary, it can be checked privately. The cost is around Rs 4,000.
Next,
inform the workplace. Make a list of places to visit. Isolate and sit in a room
with bathroom facilities at home. Monitor for any symptoms. Take paracetamol
only in case of a fever. Deep vein thrombosis can occur if you are always in bed.
You can walk around the room for a while. Do light stretching and exercises.
Drink plenty of water. You can eat a lot of fruit. Never write on paper and
give that paper out. Inform the control room immediately if you notice any
symptoms.
What are the dangers of seeking immediate
medical attention?
Watch out
for fever, cough, and body aches. Also, pay attention to breathing. If you need
to breathe more than 20 times a minute, see your doctor as soon as possible.
Symptoms such as fainting and seizures are also rare.
What to look out for in diet and exercise
during Covid-19?
Follow daily routines. Wake up on time, eat, and sleep. People with diabetes and high blood pressure should follow their doctor's diet. Take the medication. Avoid outside food. Avoid soft drinks and sugary juices. Do not reduce salt too much. Feeling tired. Fatigue can occur especially in people over 60 years of age. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Similarly, corona in alcoholics can lead to impaired function of multiple organs.
Can bearded people
benefit from wearing a mask?
It
is better to shave the beard. Otherwise, no mask will protect us. There are many
types of masks. Single Layer mask three-layer mask. Single Layer mask prevents
germs from passing from us to others. But a three-layer light-colored cotton
cloth mask is more effective. Since it has more than one layer, its separation
process is more robust. Valve-attached masks are also widely used. The
advantage of this is that the air we breathe is completely expelled.
After
each use, wash the cloth mask thoroughly with normal soap dry it in the sun and
use it again. The mask used by one person should never be used by another.
What are the things to
look for after curing covid-19 disease?
It
is safe to stay in isolation for another 28 days after the onset of the
disease. You need good rest. Eat a balanced diet. Monitor for recurrence of
symptoms. Remember that physical distance is important. We must support and
stand with the mind.
Fear of Covid-19 disease
is good?
Fear
must be dealt with. In 80% of people, the disease goes away quickly without any
special complications. About 15% of people recover with emergency treatment.
Only another 5 percent are very serious. Arrangements have been made in
hospitals to treat them. Keep the mind calm. Avoid hearing the news about the
disease over and over again. Find out scientifically what this disease is and
what the preventive measures are. Eliminate misconceptions.
Is it dangerous to get
pregnant at this time?
No
need to worry if you are pregnant. See a
doctor and get tested. Get enough
rest. Eat good food. Stay indoors as much as possible.
What to do with the
covers brought in from the outside?
Milk
and yogurt Wash thoroughly before opening the lids. Put the covers brought in
from outside in the sealed waste bin. It is advisable to spray disinfectant
from time to time in the waste bin.
What precautions should
take when going shopping?
Wear
masked gloves when you go to the clothing store. But what is often seen is
caught everywhere with disposable gloves. When that happens, there is no point
in using gloves. Make the most of the card when making a transaction. Then
clean the card and hand. Keep a purse. Put the coin in the purse only. Reduce
currency exchange. Or clean your hands with a sanitizer immediately if a
transfer is needed. You can spray sanitizer on currency notes. Write down the
names and details of the places you go shopping in your personal activity
diary.
Isn't it a feverish
disease?
Some studies from Spain show that only 5% of
people who develop the disease even have antibodies. It is not known whether
immunity to the disease persists after 2-3 months in infected patients. Like
dengue, the virus itself can change zero types. One is immune but the other
type of virus can cause the body to overreact. People with the disease without
major symptoms may have some neurological problems in the future. There is
concern that future lung function may be impaired in patients with pneumonia.
So defend as much as possible.
